Hello! I'm Karim Arana, and I'm a residential mortgage loan officer, with a Graduate in Business Administration and master’s in finance. I have always liked numbers, I arrived to the United States in 2007, and began working tax preparation, insurance sales and learned about the different needs of families. In my first job I learned to review the account statements of houses, during the housing down time in 2008 I reviewed income tax documents and was very surprised to see how people paid more interest than the principal and that's when I felt a true vocation to help families. I started getting interested in learning the loan system for mortgage loan after getting involved in the process to purchase the 1st house for my family. I continued adding work experience in financial areas and worked with another person, whom I consider my mentor because he motivated me to get my loan office license. I also was blessed with another mentor who taught me the mortgage business and from there I have complemented and grown my knowledge and experience in finance field. My commitment is to the community, helping them achieve their AMERICAN DREAM, exceeding customer expectations.
